World’s most-expensive office market

With 5 percent rise in rental values, London’s West End emerged as the world’s most-expensive office market, retaining its position ahead of Hong Kong, second place. With occupancy cost around $271  per Sq. ft per annum it is way ahead of Central Hong kong which has occupancy cost of around $183 per sq. ft.

Mosco, Beijing and Tokyo have occupied the 3rd, 4th and 5th spots respectively. The Connaught Place in Delhi has emerged as the eighth-most expensive office location in the world in 2013, down from the fourth position due to the depreciation in the rupee.
